“I just happened to be passing the Interiors By Design, Leicester Showroom in Wigston and I went in to look at a specific kitchen door that I had seen online. I got chatting and they were so friendly and welcoming, my son decided that we were going to be buying a kitchen from them!

By the time we had left the Showroom, we had chosen a door colour, floor and the whole lot and it felt different than going to a bigger place because they were friendly and helpful and I felt they cared about my kitchen, the same way I would.

The price was good and we got that personal touch and service. I knew if I had I wanted something changing, they would accommodate me and I wouldn’t have got that anywhere else.

The kitchen was made to fit my space with all the weird corners and if I had gone anywhere else, I wouldn’t have got it made like that.”

From experience, we know that when fitting a kitchen, anything can happen and this was the case in Carole’s Kitchen.

Once the fitter had ripped out the kitchen, we discovered a mould problem caused by a leaky pipe, that needed sorting out.

By liaising closely with both our fitter and Carole, we were able to delay the kitchen delivery until the issue was resolved completely.
